I've been having this weird sensation in my throat for the past month. It feels like something's stuck there, but it doesn't hurt. Sometimes it's right at the top of my throat, other times it's lower down. Eating and swallowing are totally fine, no problems there. Could you give me some advice on what's going on?

From your description, it sounds like you may be experiencing a sensation of something stuck in your throat without any pain or difficulty swallowing. This sensation is known as globus pharyngeus. It can be caused by various factors such as stress, post-nasal drip, or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). To help alleviate this sensation, you can try over-the-counter antacids like Tums (calcium carbonate) to see if it improves. Additionally, drinking plenty of water, avoiding acidic or spicy foods, and practicing relaxation techniques may also be beneficial. If the sensation persists or worsens, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I've been feeling like there's something stuck in my throat for a few days now. It's not painful or hard to swallow, just kind of uncomfortable. I took a look and saw a small bump, like 1 cm or maybe smaller, at the back of my tongue. I can also see my epiglottis and my uvula seems to be touching it. Is this something I should be worried about? It's been four days with this sensation, and I'm not sure what to do.

Consult an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist to evaluate the bump on the back of your tongue and the uneasy feeling of something stuck in your throat

I've been having this pain near my left ear, like right between my jaw and tragus. It happened a few months ago too but went away eventually. Now it's back, and it gets worse when I bite down on something. Could you help me figure out what might be causing this and how to fix it?

That could be TM joint synovitis, visit Dentist for evaluation and appropriate treatment.

I keep sneezing and getting a cold every morning no matter what I try - I've done alopathy, homeopathy, and ayurvedic treatments but nothing helps. One doctor mentioned I might have extra nose bone growth needing surgery, but said there's only a 50% chance it'll work. What do you think about this diagnosis and treatment option?

i feel that you have allergic rhinitis. You can start with a steroid nasal spray twice daily. If no relief, consult another ENT surgeon and get evaluated whether surgery will help or not. But allergy per se may not go away with surgery. You will need spray and avoidance of allergens.
