I've been hitting the gym for a couple of months now, and I'm thinking about starting protein powder. How many more months should I wait before it's okay to start taking it? And is it actually safe to include in my routine?

View allIs it okay to take this supplement if I'm hitting the gym regularly? I've read it might lead to a bleeding disorder. How likely is it that it could cause internal bleeding issues? I'm really concerned about the risks involved.
It is important to be cautious when taking medications that can cause bleeding disorders while engaging in physical activities like going to the gym. The chances of experiencing internal bleeding problems can vary depending on the individual's health condition, dosage of the medication, and other factors. It is recommended to avoid high-impact activities and to monitor for any signs of bleeding such as easy bruising, nosebleeds, or blood in stool or urine. If you are experiencing any unusual symptoms or have concerns about the medication's side effects, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance.

I'm aware that drinking energy drinks, especially before a workout, can be risky. But I ended up having one can anyway because I can be pretty stubborn. Now I'm wondering, is it safe if I hit the gym in about 2 hours? Should I wait longer? Would love to know what you think.
yes you can have it . but generally avoid it , it would be better
