I've been noticing bumps around my penis and scrotum, and they're really itchy. They show up some days and cause a lot of itching, but then after a while, they just seem to go away. Is this something I should be worried about? What could be causing this?

I'm a 28-year-old guy with dark skin, and I've noticed a lot of blackish spots all over my body. I've tried some home remedies to get a lighter skin tone, but nothing seems to be working. What are some skin-whitening tips for men like me? Will these changes be permanent? How long does it usually take to see results?

I've been using Betnovate N cream on and off for about 10 years, and now I've got these dark spots on my cheeks near my nose. I'm seeing a dermatologist who told me to use Azelaic acid cream 20 at night for just 30 minutes and Dermadew Glow cream during the day. It's almost been a month and I don't really see any improvement. I'm really stressed about these spots. What do you think about this treatment?

Prolonged usage betnovate cream would have made your skin sensitive, and lead for hyperpigmention,it takes time to heal have patience and follow your doctors advice.
