I've been noticing a lot more hair fall over the last month, and its really worrying me. It seems like my hair's getting thinner, and it hasn't been growing as long as it used to. I wash my hair with shampoo every day, but I don't use any oil. Could this be because of not getting enough protein or something else?

View allI'm really struggling with this skin issue that's been bothering me since I was thirteen. I have this mole that's the same color as my skin, which I tried treating with baking soda, but that was too awkward to keep up with, so I just covered it with a bandage. Eventually, it fell off, but now there's another oneit's bigger and swollen, around 2 cm on my jaw. I've been trying homeopathic medicine which seems to be helping a bit with the swelling, but it's still there. A doctor suggested laser treatment, but I'm really scared of that. I've been using coconut oil as a home remedy, but I'm concerned about the scar it might leave. Could you advise on any natural treatment options that might help with both the mole and its scar?
I would recommend using a topical cream containing hydroquinone to help lighten the scar left by the mole. You can apply it twice a day for several weeks to see improvement. Additionally, you can try using silicone gel sheets to help flatten and fade the scar. As for the mole itself, since it has reduced in size with homeopathic treatment, you can continue applying coconut oil regularly to see if it further helps in reducing it. If you want to explore other options, you can consider consulting a dermatologist who may suggest other topical treatments or procedures like cryotherapy to remove the mole.

I'm really concerned about the pigmentation on my face since I stopped using the No Scar cream. Its really red and Im not sure what to do to make it better. Are there any treatments you would recommend to help with these side effects? Id really appreciate your advice.
To alleviate face pigmentation and redness caused by No Scar cream, apply a topical treatment like Kojic acid, vitamin C serum, or niacinamide cream, and consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice, laser therapy, or chemical peels to help reduce hyperpigmentation and promote even skin tone.

I'm curious about the difference between the gel and solution forms of this chemical. Is it true that doctors use the solution for peeling? I'm wondering if its stronger or more effective than the gel. Could you shed some light on this?
Gel is considered better than a solution.
