My foreskin feels tight especially when I'm erect it only pulls halfway down and starts stretching uncomfortably which makes me lose my erection. I'm experiencing this pinching feeling in my scrotum, kind of like someone poking me with a pin, and it's super embarrassing when I'm trying to sit in public.
