I'm really worried about this genital wart around my anus. I started using Podowart after talking to my doctor, but now the whole area is swollen and has turned a whitish-red color. The wart still hasn't fallen off, and there's a weird rotten smell coming from the skin. Could this mean the wart virus is spreading? Is there an antibiotic I should use to prevent any infection?
