I've been noticing these red spots on my tongue for almost 10 months now. At first, there weren't many, so I kind of ignored it, thinking it would heal on its own. But now, it's spread all over my tongue, and I'm getting really worried. Could you please help me figure this out and what I should do next?

View allI've been dealing with a keloid on my chest that developed after some acne, and despite getting tricort 40mg injections 11 times, I'm not seeing any improvement. I'm feeling pretty stuck and unsure about what to do next. Any suggestions or advice would be really helpful.
Since the tricort injections have not been effective in reducing the keloid, you may consider trying silicone gel sheets such as Mepiform or ScarAway. Apply the silicone gel sheets over the keloid for several hours a day to help flatten and soften the scar tissue. Additionally, you can ask your doctor about intralesional injections of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) or verapamil, which have shown some success in reducing keloids.

I'm a bit confused about how to use the Qsera hair serum my dermatologist recommended. Should I be applying it with my fingers directly on my scalp, or is it supposed to be sprayed all over my hair? My doctor mentioned something about spraying, but I'm not entirely sure.
Q-Sera hair serum is meant to be applied with fingers as suggested in the directions.
