I've been noticing a weird smell in both my nose and mouth, and it's really bothering me. It's like an irritating scent that just wont go away. I even tried applying Vicks, but the smell still comes back. Any ideas on what might be causing this or how I can get rid of it?

I've noticed that when I wake up in the mornings, my spit is kind of reddish, like there's a bit of blood in it. After that, everything seems normal and my spit isn't red anymore. What could be causing this? Should I be worried or do something about it?

I've been having this recurring issue with my left ear. About a month ago, I saw an ENT and had some wax removed. They also put me on meds like Protal SR 40 mg, Nukast 10 mg, and a nasal spray called Floresp for a month because they said there was a bit of a tilt in my nose bone and some tonsil signs in my throat. The strange thing is, during that month, my usual migraines completely stopped. But now that I'm off the meds, my ear feels heavy again, my nose is a bit irritated, and I've had a headache for three days straight. Do you think there's a connection between my ear and my headaches, or could it be something else? How do I get back to feeling normal?

I've been waking up with a dry and sore soft palate every morning for over a year now, especially on colder days. It also tends to get sore and dries out when I'm breathing through my nose without swallowing during the day. I notice I feel a bit feverish when it gets dry and sore, although that fades after I swallow. I've been using Nasivin nasal drops for over a year, which is when these issues began. Could there be a connection? What might be causing this, and what should I do about it?

That could be because of Dryness stay hydrated and take sips water during night also this would help you.
