I've been prone masturbating for the past five years and just realized what it could lead to. I've tried using my hands, but it really didn't work for me. When I tried prone again, it worked. Does it usually take time to get used to using hands? I really don't want to go prone again. I'm looking at my semen analysis report and I'm a bit concerned about the results. It says my progressive motile sperm count is 30, non-progressive motile count is 25, and in total, the motile sperm count is 45. I'm wondering if these numbers are okay when trying to have a baby with my wife, or if I should be consulting a doctor to work on increasing that progressive motile count. Is a count of 30 generally good enough for us to conceive, or is there something I should be doing?

My dad's been prescribed Cifran 500 mg twice a day for 10 days because he's dealing with a urine infection and prostate issues. He's been getting this faint stomach ache every time he takes it, which I read might be a side effect of Cifran. It's making him uncomfortable, especially when he's trying to sleep. What should we do about this?
Cifran was prescribed based on experience of the Doctor or it was based on urine culture and sensitivity. You may ask your doctor to change the antibiotics if he can. Minimal stomach ache will be there with 99% antibiotics
