I've been really concerned about my friend who's been having blood mixed with his morning sputum for the past three months. Since November, he's noticed a little blood in his saliva even during the day. He's had all sorts of tests done, like endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and blood tests, but everything's coming back normal. What other tests should he consider to get to the bottom of this, and which specialist should he see for a proper diagnosis? Also, could you recommend any good doctors in Coimbatore he could consult with?

I'm trying to figure out the difference between an MDI inhaler and an MDI transhaler. I know transhalers are used with transpacers, but is there anything else that sets them apart? Like, are there differences in how they work, how effective they are, or even side effects? I'd love to get some insight on this.

Transhalers are easy,and delivery of the drug is much assured.if you have good hand, mouth co ordination, Mdi are also good.if you do not have good co ordination, transhalers are best.

I'm really struggling with shortness of breath and breathing problems whenever the weather changes. It can get really bad, and I end up needing to use rotacap, foracort, levolin, and sometimes deriphyllin. On top of that, I'm also taking medications like fluconazole 200 and Allegra, plus Thyronorm 50 and Tryptomer 25 mg. I had my gall bladder removed two years ago. Can you help me figure out what's going on or suggest what I should do?
