I've been really stressed because I've done the HIV combo test after 1.4 years, and it's still non-reactive. Should I consider this result conclusive? Over this period, I've taken the test almost every 2-3 months, and it's always come back non-reactive. I'm honestly just worried and could use some guidance on whether I need to keep testing or if I can finally relax. Any advice would be appreciated.

Your HIV combo test being non-reactive after 1.4 years and repeated testing every 2-3 months strongly confirms that you are not infected with HIV. Please trust the results and try to ease your mind. If anxiety persists, consider speaking with a counselor for support.

So, I'm a 23-year-old guy, and earlier today, a bat flew into my room and landed on my bed. It was pretty small, and I figured I could just pick it up to let it out, right? But when I tried doing that with my left hand, it turned its head and bit my thumb. There arent any visible marks, not even a scratch, and the skin didnt get pierced, but Ive heard bats can transmit rabies. I immediately washed my hand with a lot of soap and antiseptic. Should I be worried even though theres no visible bite mark?

I'm really worried right now. I had sex with a sex worker and used a condom, but I'm anxious about the risks of HIV. Is there any chance of getting HIV if the outside of the condom touched my penis after ejaculation? Also, after I touched her vagina and then my penis, could that have been risky too? Another thing, I kissed her body but avoided her lips and vagina. Should I be concerned about that? Please help me figure out what to do next.

I'm a bit worried about my health. I've had a fever for the past three days, and my test results show IgG is negative, IgM is weak positive, and Ns1 antigen is weak positive. Could you help me understand what this might mean? Does this indicate that I might have Dengue? I'm just trying to figure out what's going on.

Your test results strongly suggest a possible early dengue infection, given the weak positive NS1 antigen and IgM. Early-stage symptoms and lab tests are critical to confirm and monitor the disease progression. Consult your doctor immediately for appropriate care and monitoring.
