I've been recovering from a mild case of COVID. My CT scan showed a value of 725 about 17 days ago. Lately, for the past 10 days, I've noticed this tightness and stiffness in my chest, though there's no pain. Could you let me know what's going on? Should I be worried about this?

I've had this persistent cough for a few weeks now and my GP sent me for a chest x-ray. It's been over two weeks since the x-ray on Tuesday, but I haven't heard any results yet. I'm really anxious and wondering if this delay is normal. Should I be worried about this?

I'm really concerned about my situation. It's been about 15 days since I recovered from COVID-19, and now I'm dealing with shortness of breath, fatigue, anxiety, and occasional chest pain. Sometimes it even feels like there's a sharp, needle-like pain. I haven't had any investigations or tests done yet. Could you advise me on what I should do next and which type of doctor I should consult? I'm a bit worried and could really use your guidance.
