I've been running a fever for 25 days, and my hemoglobin levels are kinda low at 8.5. Could the low hemoglobin be what's causing the fever?

Sudden Chest Pain
Immediate Actions
- Stay calm: Try to remain calm and still.
- Call emergency services: If the pain persists or worsens, call emergency services (such as 911) or have someone take you to the hospital.
- Sit or lie down: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Possible Causes
- Anxiety or stress: Anxiety or stress can cause chest pain.
- Musculoskeletal issues: Muscle strain or costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage that connects the ribs to the breastbone) can cause chest pain.
- Gastrointestinal issues: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux, or stomach ulcers can cause chest pain.
- Cardiovascular issues: Although less likely, chest pain can be a symptom of a heart attack, especially if accompanied by other symptoms like shortness of breath, dizziness, or pain radiating to the arms, neck, or jaw.
Next Steps
- Consult a doctor: Schedule an appointment with your primary care physician to discuss the episode and determine the cause.
- Get a check-up: Your doctor may recommend a physical examination, electrocardiogram (ECG), and blood tests to rule out any underlying conditions.
When to Seek Emergency Care
- Severe pain: If the pain is severe, crushing, or squeezing.
- Difficulty breathing: If you experience shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
- Dizziness or lightheadedness: If you feel dizzy or lightheaded.
- Pain radiating to arms, neck, or jaw: If the pain radiates to these areas.

View allI've recently had a blood test, and I'm a bit worried because my ESR is pretty high at 56mm, and my MCH and MCHC levels are low. What could this mean? Should I be concerned about anything in particular? I'd really appreciate any advice you could give me.
if you have low hemoglobin then you might be anemic. take foods with rich iron

I'm a bit concerned about my recent CBC test results. Everything seems normal except for my monocyte count, which is at 80.6 cellscu.mm, whereas I understand the normal range should start from 200. My total WBC is 6200 cellscu.mm, with neutrophils at 4327, lymphocytes at 1636, basophils at 24.8, and eosinophils at 130.2. My platelet count is 303,000, and the peripheral blood smear showed a normocytic normochromic blood picture, so no issues there. Should I be worried about that low monocyte count? Is there something specific I should be looking into?
No immediate concerns based on this report. Your results seem to suggest that everything is within the typical range. Follow-up: If you are experiencing symptoms like fatigue, fever, or unexplained pain, you might want to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation. A low monocyte count alone, especially with normal total white blood cell count and other parameters, is typically not a cause for concern. Monitor your health: Keep track of any changes in your health or any symptoms and consult a doctor if needed.
