My daughters platelet count is over 700,000, her ESR is above 60, and her hemoglobin is 7.9. Im really worried about what could be causing these results. Can you help me understand what might be going on with her health?

I've been dealing with dengue and was in the hospital about 10 days ago. My platelet count was really low, around 68,000, but by the time I was discharged, it had gone up to 1.2 lakh. Since then, I've been on medication and doing regular CBC checks. The numbers have been climbing quite a bit: 2.5 lakh at the first check, 4.28 lakh at the second, and today it's at 5.1 lakh. Is it okay for my platelets to be this high, or should I be worried about it?

I've been dealing with hair loss since I was 23 and recently discovered it's due to hypothyroidism. I'm currently getting homeopathy treatment, which has helped a bit, but the hair loss won't stop. I don't have PCOD, PCOS, scalp issues, or dandruff, so those aren't the problems. My doctor mentioned it could be an iron deficiency, so I started some meds they suggested. My hemoglobin went up, but my serum ferritin is still pretty lowit's been stuck around 16 to 24 over the past year, even with me eating red meat and other iron-rich foods. It's frustrating because Im getting married soon and don't want this stress hanging over me. Any idea who I should see about getting my serum ferritin levels up? Your advice would mean a lot.

I'm a bit worried about my recent blood and urine test results. Most things came back normal, and both VDRL and HIV tests are non-reactive, which I'm relieved about. But my monocytes count is nil, and lymphocytes are at 30. Should I be concerned about these numbers? Could you explain what this might mean for my health?
