I've been struggling with this annoying itch around my groin and inside of my buttocks for about three weeks now. I started taking canditral, which seemed to help, but it made me really sleepy. I also tried sebifin 250, but I'm still not sure if it's working. What could be causing this itch, and should I continue with the same medication or try something else? I'm a bit worried about the side effects too.

Possible Causes_: Fungal infections, skin irritation, eczema, or dermatitis. Next Steps:
- Re-evaluate Canditral usage.
- Consider topical treatments like clotrimazole or hydrocortisone.
- Maintain good hygiene.

View allI have a recurring cyst on my back and I'm wondering if surgery is the only permanent solution to stop it from coming back. Is there any homeopathic medicine that can treat it from the root and prevent future cysts for good? I've heard mixed things and want to know if homeopathy can actually guarantee a cure without recurrence.
Surgery is often the most effective way to permanently remove cysts. Homeopathic remedies may offer temporary relief but don’t guarantee prevention of recurrence, so surgery remains the most reliable option.

Hey, I've been dealing with a really oily face and it's becoming quite frustrating. I recently came across Brevoxyl creamy wash and was wondering if I could use it daily instead of my regular soap to help with the oiliness. Is it safe to use every day, or could it cause any issues with my skin? Would love some guidance!
Yes you can use it no problem

I'm really stressed out because I've had this fungal infection on my inner thigh for a whole year now. I went to a skin specialist and followed the treatment they gave me, and it seemed to clear up. But out of nowhere, it's back again and even spreading. I'm really worried about it getting worse. Can you recommend a specialist or suggest a more effective treatment?
First complete the course of the treatment properly without fail.Even then if it's not subsiding ask your consultant dermatologist to change the treatment or go for a second opinion.
