I've been struggling with having larger breasts and it's causing me discomfort both physically and emotionally. Are there any medications that can actually help reduce breast size, or is surgery my only option? I'm hesitant about going under the knife but also want a solution that works. What would you recommend?

View allI'm a model but my nose is long and curved, which affects my confidence. I'm considering nose surgery how can it be fixed to look more balanced? What options do I have?
For a long, curved nose affecting your confidence as a model, rhinoplasty (nose surgery) is a common solution to reshape the nose and improve its overall balance. There are surgical and non-surgical options to consider, with rhinoplasty being the more permanent solution for significant changes, and non-surgical methods like dermal fillers offering temporary adjustments.

My mom has been living with neurofibromatosis type 1 for over a decade. She had plastic surgery on her face, but only a few moles could be removed the rest are too small or deep. Where should I take her for proper surgery or any other effective treatment options?
For proper management of neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), especially with regard to facial neurofibromas, your mom should seek care from a multidisciplinary team, including a geneticist, dermatologist, and potentially a plastic surgeon specializing in NF1. Other treatment options may include medication and radiation therapy. A neurofibroma clinic or a hospital with a strong NF1 program would be ideal.

Doc, I've been wondering if it's possible to change the shape of my nose without surgery. Mine is kinda round and bulbous, and it makes me self-conscious when I interact with people. Are there non-surgical ways to reshape it or make it look different?
