I've been struggling with tinea cruris since October 2015, and I've seen about 34 doctors and spent so much on treatments, but the issue just won't go away. At first, it seemed like the treatments were working a little, but now it feels like the condition is worse than ever. What should I do? Any advice would be appreciated.

View allI've got a question about how I'm using my hair lotions. I put one on during the day after shampooing, and then I use a different one at night when I'm going to bed. Do I need to wash my hair again before putting on the night lotion, or can I just apply it straight away?
It is not necessary to wash your hair again before applying the second lotion at night. You can apply the second hair lotion without washing your hair again.

I'm 28 and suddenly dealing with acne, which is totally new to me. My dermatologist put me on Isotretinoin 20 mg, but now I'm worried. They warned me about not getting pregnant during treatment and mentioned something about contraception, but I'm more concerned about what happens after. Is it safe to try for a baby 6 months later? Could there be any impact on my fertility or sexual health? Would really appreciate some clarity on this.
