I've been taking ascoril syrup lately, and every time I use it, I get this shivering feeling throughout my body. When I checked my Fitbit, it showed my resting heart rate shot up to 108, whereas my usual resting heart rate is around 75. Do you think I should stop taking this medicine?

I'm feeling really worried because I've had a fever for the last four days. I got some tests done and my urine epithelial cells count came back at 45, but everything else in the urine test, including pus cells, is within the normal range. Should I be concerned about the high epithelial cells, or could it just be related to the fever? Would love to get your advice on this.
There are many causes of fever, just with this amount history it's difficult to diagnose.

I'm really struggling with a dry cough and it's quite annoying. Are there any effective cough syrups you could recommend to help with this? I've tried a couple from the pharmacy but haven't had much luck, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
For dry cough, you can try using Delsym (dextromethorphan) syrup. The recommended dosage for adults is 10 mL every 12 hours. Another option is Robitussin Dry Cough (dextromethorphan) syrup, with a recommended dosage of 10 mL every 4 hours. Always follow the instructions on the label and consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.
