I've been taking Grofollic tablets for my hair fall and greying issue, but I've run into a problem because I can't seem to find them anywhere now. Do you know what I can use instead? Also, I've come across Follihair and Follihair A, but I'm not sure how they're different. Can you help explain this to me?

Can I use Evion 400 on my face every night? I've heard it's an antioxidant and good for the skin, but I'm wondering if it's safe to do this regularly. Is there anything I should be worried about?

Evion 400 is a brand name for Vitamin E capsules. It can be beneficial for the skin as it is an antioxidant. You can puncture the capsule and apply the oil directly to your face overnight. However, it is recommended to do a patch test first to check for any allergic reactions. Apply a small amount on your inner arm and wait for 24 hours to see if there is any redness, itching, or irritation. If there is no reaction, you can apply it on your face daily.

I'm having this intense, painful itching all over my body every winter, especially when I start moving around, like when I'm walking. It feels like I'm being stabbed by a thousand tiny needles, mostly on my upper body and legs. Its crazy painful, but it seems to disappear once I start sweating. Lately, I've noticed these small bump-like things appearing during these itching episodes, but they vanish after a few hours. I'm really curious about what's causing this. Also, I've got this recurring issue with my fingers; they keep getting dry. Vaseline helps for a bit, but the dryness just comes back. Any idea what's going on with that?

Apply moisturizers more frequently throughout the day, especially after washing your hands. Look for creams that contain glycerin, hyaluronic acid, or ceramides. Consider using gentle, hydrating hand soaps and avoid washing your hands with very hot water, as it can dry out the skin. Wear gloves when you're outdoors in cold weather to protect your hands from the elements. Avoid harsh chemicals like cleaning products that can further dry out the skin.

I'm wondering about the best order to apply my skincare products. Should I put on the depiwhite cream on my cheeks first and then apply sunscreen over my whole face, or is it better to do the sunscreen first and then the depiwhite cream where I need it? I want to make sure I'm doing it right.

You should first apply the depiwhite cream to the affected area on your cheeks and then apply the sunscreen to your full face. Make sure to follow the instructions on the depiwhite cream for the correct application. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 after applying the depiwhite cream to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
