I've been taking Patanjali's ashwagandha tablets after lunch hoping they'd give me more energy during the day, but instead, I just get really sleepy. Do you know of any other ashwagandha brands that could actually help with boosting energy?

Consider alternative ashwagandha brands like Himalaya, Dabur, or NOW Foods, which may have different formulations or concentrations that might provide energizing effects without excessive sleepines

View allI'm curious about the long-term effects of working night shifts. I've been at it for over three years, and I've read that it can cause physical health issues over time. Is that true? If so, how serious can these problems get? Also, are there any specific precautions I can take to minimize these health risks?
Yes night shift duties would cause lack sleep and rest which leads to serious problems like high cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension, acidity etc.,manage your sleep schedule in a healthy way and take adequate rest

I've been feeling a bit worried and wanted to get your insight. I'm a 52-year-old female, and its been about 20 days since I had COVID. My recent tests showed a CRP level of 47 and ESR at 52. During the COVID illness, my ESR was at 50 but CRP was lower, like 0.20, 0.60, and then 3. Now it's at 46 after a week, and my D-dimer is reading 610. Should I be worried about these results? Would love to know what this could mean.
infection is reducing, give sometime to fully recover and levels will come normal

I've been told by my doctor to get both an ESR and a CBC done. But a friend mentioned that ESR is actually a part of the CBC or Complete Hemogram. Can you clarify this for me? I'm a bit confused and want to make sure I understand what tests I need.
ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) is not a part of CBC (Complete Blood Count) or Complete Hemogram, although both tests are often ordered together; ESR measures the rate at which red blood cells settle in a test tube, indicating inflammation or infection, whereas CBC provides a broader analysis of blood components, including red and white blood cell counts, hemoglobin, and platelets.
