I've been taking Terol LA 4 mg for my overactive bladder but whenever I try to stop it the frequent urination comes back does this mean I'll need to be on medication forever if I don't want surgery

View allI've noticed that my penis bends to the left, and I'm wondering if that's normal. Could this be from masturbating? I'd really like to know if there's a way to straighten it out.
Its normal for the penis to have a slight curve, and a bend to the left isnt usually a problem. Masturbation doesnt cause this, so dont worry. If the bend causes pain, difficulty during sex, or concerns, consult a urologist to rule out conditions like Peyronies disease. Otherwise, no treatment is needed.

I've been diagnosed with grade 2 varicocele and have some pain in my testes, especially when walking. My doctor said surgery isn't needed since it's grade 2, but I'm still feeling uncomfortable. Should I get a second opinion or is it okay to manage it without surgery?
It's reasonable to seek a second opinion if you're experiencing discomfort despite your doctor's assessment that surgery isn't necessary for a grade 2 varicocele. While conservative management (like pain relievers and scrotal support) is often sufficient for mild cases, persistent pain warrants further evaluation. A second opinion can offer different perspectives and treatment options, including potentially exploring embolization, a minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure
