I've been through a bout of jaundice and got the all-clear from my blood tests a couple of months back, but my eyes are still yellowish. Is there something I'm missing? How can I get them back to normal?

View allI've been dealing with chronic constipation for quite a while, but recently I've started experiencing some discomfort in my right groin area, and it seems to be making the constipation worse. What could be causing this? Should I be worried about this new pain, and how is it related to my constipation?
Consume more liquids and fibre rich foods for easing the constipation you can also try dupholac syrup 10ml during bed time.

Just had an ultrasound that showed multiple gallstones, biggest one is 8mm. Is there any ayurvedic medicine that can dissolve these stones so I don't need surgery? Really worried about going under the knife.
Ayurvedic herbs like bhumi amla and kalmegh are promoted but lack strong evidence. If gallstones are symptomatic, surgery remains the gold standard.

I'm a bit concerned because my bilirubin levels are slightly elevated at about 2.1. I really would prefer not to use antibiotics and I'm thinking of trying a natural remedy or supplement to help with this. Between Liv 52 and Milk Thistle, which one would be a better choice for me?
-Given that your bilirubin is slightly elevated at 2.1, both Liv 52 and Milk Thistle can support liver health. Milk Thistle is often recommended for detoxifying the liver and reducing inflammation. Liv 52 has a more comprehensive formulation for liver fun
