Just had an ultrasound that showed multiple gallstones, biggest one is 8mm. Is there any ayurvedic medicine that can dissolve these stones so I don't need surgery? Really worried about going under the knife.

Ayurvedic herbs like bhumi amla and kalmegh are promoted but lack strong evidence. If gallstones are symptomatic, surgery remains the gold standard.

View allI'm really concerned about my IBS. Is it something that can actually be cured? How long does it usually take to see improvements? And I'm really struggling with the bloating part of it. Are there any tips or remedies to help stop it?
-IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) isn't typically "curable," but it can be managed effectively with dietary changes, stress management, and medication. The duration of relief varies, but with the right approach, symptoms like bloating can improve over time.
