Just had an ultrasound that showed multiple gallstones, biggest one is 8mm. Is there any ayurvedic medicine that can dissolve these stones so I don't need surgery? Really worried about going under the knife.

View allI've been feeling this heaviness in my chest for a few days now, and it gets more noticeable when I eat. It's not affecting my breathing or swallowing, but I also have this ticklish sensation deeper in my neck that gargling hasn't helped with. Could this be something I should worry about?

I'm dealing with a pretty bad case of heartburn, and I'm considering taking Cyra tablets. I'm just a bit unsure about how to properly use them. Should I be taking them before I eat, or is it better after a meal? Also, how often should I be using them each day? I really want to make sure I get this right for the best relief. What do you recommend?
