I've been on thyroid medication for about 10-12 years now, taking 50mg. I'm considering switching to ayurvedic treatment instead. Is that a safe switch to make? Are there any side effects I should be aware of?

View allI've been dealing with PCOS and a thyroid problem for the last 8 years, and I've noticed that after putting on weight, the skin on my neck and underarms has turned a darker color. I've already tried a bunch of home remedies like lemon, sugar, tomato, and baking soda but none of them worked. Can you suggest a solution for this issue?

I'm 21 years old and looking to boost my height. Is it still possible to grow after turning 20? I'm currently 5'2" and hoping to add at least 3 more inches. Could you offer any tipsmaybe exercises or something like skippingthat might help?
To increase your height after the age of 20, when the growth plates have closed, is challenging. However, you can still focus on improving your posture and overall health. Regular exercise, especially stretching exercises like yoga or Pilates, can help improve your posture and make you appear taller. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet rich in calcium, vitamin D, and protein is important for bone health. Adequate sleep is also crucial for overall growth and development. Unfortunately, there are no medications or supplements that can significantly increase your height at your age.
