I've been told I have h. Pylori after an endoscopy and I'm a bit worried because I've got mild gastritis, but no ulcers thankfully. What's causing this h. Pylori, and what medications or treatments should I be looking at to deal with it?

My pulmonary function test came back normal, and my oxygen levels are good too. Probable diagnosis is GERD .Patient is advised tab pan d ,orally for 14 days and syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for 7 days .

I've been experiencing this strange fluttering, pulsating, vibrating feeling under my left rib. There's no pain, and I don't think it's connected to my heart because I've checked my pulse at the same time as the sensation. Could you shed some light on what this might be?
