I've been told I have h. Pylori after an endoscopy and I'm a bit worried because I've got mild gastritis, but no ulcers thankfully. What's causing this h. Pylori, and what medications or treatments should I be looking at to deal with it?

I have gallbladder stones and my doctor prescribed FORTIBILE300 for 3 months. Will this medicine actually dissolve the stones or will I eventually need surgery? I'm worried about whether this treatment is effective long-term or just a temporary fix.

I'm really concerned about my IBS. Is it something that can actually be cured? How long does it usually take to see improvements? And I'm really struggling with the bloating part of it. Are there any tips or remedies to help stop it?
-IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) isn't typically "curable," but it can be managed effectively with dietary changes, stress management, and medication. The duration of relief varies, but with the right approach, symptoms like bloating can improve over time.
