I've been told I have h. Pylori after an endoscopy and I'm a bit worried because I've got mild gastritis, but no ulcers thankfully. What's causing this h. Pylori, and what medications or treatments should I be looking at to deal with it?

I've been dealing with constant diarrhea for the last couple of days, and even though I'm taking loperamide and using O.R.S., it hasn't stopped. Should I be worried? Is there anything else I can do to help stop it?
