I've been traveling a lot for work lately and I've started getting these pesky blackheads on my nose. I heard somewhere that toothpaste might work to get rid of them, but I'm not sure if that's actually true or if it's safe. Could you tell me if using toothpaste is a good idea for treating blackheads, and if so, how should I use it?

I'm losing my hair a lot and it's really freaking me out. Plus, I've got this constant itching on my scalp and I have no clue what's causing it. Can you help me figure out what's going on and suggest something for the itching and hair loss? I'm really worried.
Hair loss and itching on the scalp can be due to various reasons such as fungal infections, dandruff, or even stress. To address the itching on your head, you can use a medicated shampoo containing ketoconazole or selenium sulfide. One popular brand is Nizoral shampoo, which you can use twice a week. For hair fall, you can try using minoxidil solution such as Rogaine. Apply 1 ml of Rogaine solution twice daily on the scalp where hair loss is occurring. Additionally, make sure to eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals to support hair growth
