I've been trying to shake off a chest congestion issue that popped up about ten days after I recovered from COVID. My symptoms were pretty mild initially, and I got through it while isolating at home. But now, I'm dealing with this annoying chest noise when I breathe, and it's making me cough. What's weird is that this didn't happen at all when I was still positive for COVID. I was taking MucidayN daily for about 23 days, but it doesn't seem to be doing much. Is there another medication you think might work better, or should I just keep going with MucidayN? Any advice would be appreciated!

View allI've been diagnosed with Tuberculosis Pleural Effusion after some tests and a chest X-ray. I'm 35, generally healthy, and don't smoke or drink. The doctor has me on Rcinex, one capsule every morning on an empty stomach with Rifampin 450 mg and Isoniazid 300 mg for the first two months, and then the plan is to continue for a total of six months. I'm wondering if this treatment is enough to get rid of the TPE completely. I'm also feeling like my immunity has taken a hit, and I'm not sure how to boost it. Can you help me understand if this is the right approach for my situation?
enough continue same treatment, for immunity stop junk and drink warm water

I'm really struggling with a lot of symptoms like breathlessness, upper back pain, and severe chest pain. I've also been wheezing and have allergies to cold weather, dust, and changes in water. I'm feeling exhausted all the time. Walking and taking stairs are really tough, especially at night when I'm short of breath. My blood pressure seems to fluctuate a lot, and I've been having nightmares with unusual heart palpitations. I've only been using my inhaler during emergencies. Should I be using it regularly along with my GERD medication? I'm worried because these issues are affecting my life, and Im concerned about how it's impacting my 6-year-old daughter's mental health too. What would you recommend?
take inhalation for 1 month. then if you are still having problems of palpitations kindly consult a physician

I've noticed my wife has been dealing with breathlessness for the last 4 years. She often feels like she needs to take deep breaths just to feel comfortable, even when she's just sitting around doing nothing. Sometimes, these episodes of breathlessness disappear for days. What could be causing this, and should we be worried?
