I'm noticing that my oxygen levels are fluctuating between 90 and 100. Is that normal? Should I be worried? Please let me know if there could be any problems.

Ive got no symptomsno cough or fever or anything like that. Should I really start TB medication even though I feel perfectly fine? I'm just not sure if I actually have tuberculosis.
Continue ATT for 6 months duration is advised to the patient.

My dad is 79 and has COPD. We're currently doing allopathic treatment in Nagpur, but I'm really worried about his health. Are there any other ways or things we can do to help improve his condition?
Spirometry,pulmonary function tests,sputum for AFB ,microscopy ,x-ray chest pa view ,esr and complete blood count is advised to the patient.
