I've been using aloe vera on my face and now it's burning with rashes and redness showing up. I've got an event in two days, so I'm really hoping for a quick fix. Any advice on how to recover fast?

To quickly recover from the adverse reaction to aloe vera, try these remedies: immediately wash your face with cold water and a mild soap, apply a cool, wet compress or an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to reduce burning and redness, use a topical hydrocortisone cream (0.5-1%) to calm the skin, take an oral antihistamine like diphenhydramine to reduce itching and inflammation, and apply a soothing moisturizer, like coconut oil or aloe vera-free lotion, to help calm the skin; for faster recover

I've been using Acnesol cream and Intern lotion for my pimples and pigmentation issues, but Im not seeing any improvement in the pimple spots. What can I do to help them fade? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I'm having a bit of a tough time with ringworms right now. I used Allegra 120 mg and Terbinaforce tablets before, and it seemed to help, but I'm noticing they're coming back on my crotch area, hips, back, waist, and thighs. It starts as a small dot and then grows larger. Any idea why this might be happening again, and what else I can do to stop it from spreading?

I'm really worried about the dark circles under my eyes; they've been there for years. I'm desperate to find a way to get rid of them. Do you know of any effective treatments? Is laser treatment a good option, or should I consider something else? I feel so frustrated with this issue and really need some advice. Can you help me out with this?

Dark circles is something that may be familial hereditary in nature and thus leading this to be a less treatable issue. However, in a lot of cases there are acquired causes - like repeated rubbing allergic condition of the eye stress anxiety depression lack of sleep etc . Its important that these issues are first addressed. You could further consider creams - but they have to be used for many months to show some visible results. Also tear trough treatment with fillers may be helpful in some cases. PRP therapy too does wonder in treating this condition.
