I've been using Dettol on my pimples and thankfully, they disappeared. But now Im left with a dark spot where they used to be. The Dettol burns have healed, but this spot is quite noticeable. Any advice on how I can get rid of the dark spot? It's really bothering me.

You have burnt you skin. Dettol is not the treatment for pimples. It causes irritant burns. This pigmetation if not treated may last forever.

I've been dealing with pimples on my face and my doctor has put me on some antibacterial meds and aziderm. I'm getting married in 30 days and I'm really worried about the black spots left on my face. My pre-bridal skincare sessions have just kicked off and I'm wondering if it's safe to use aziderm now. Do facials make things worse though? Any advice would be really helpful.

You can continue that cream ni problem it's safe and helpful, regarding facials,it depends on how sensitive your skin is, usually it's safe no issues.
