I've been using Ipravent and Foracort Rotacaps for about 10 years now since they were prescribed for my bronchial asthma. I haven't gone back to the doctor because these meds seem to handle my asthma just fine. Do you think it's okay that I haven't had a doctor check-up in so long, or should I be looking into that?

View allI'm concerned about my father's X-ray results. It mentions a few calcified foci in the bilateral upper lung zone, and his lungs are hyperinflated with a flattening of the diaphragm. There's also apical pleural thickening on both sides. Can you help me understand what this means? How serious is it? I'm really worried and just want to make sure we're not missing anything important.
you need to start treatment for the above findings

I'm feeling really anxious about some symptoms I've been experiencing. Lately, I've noticed I'm short of breath, especially when I'm trying to sleep. It's been accompanied by a whizzing sound, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Plus, I've realized that one of my ankles is swollen on the inside. Could these things be related? What might be going on?
