I've been using Lomela cream for my acne and pigmentation because a friend recommended it to me. I'm curious about how long I'm supposed to keep using it after I see results. Do I need to continue applying it to maintain those results? If so, for how long should that be? I'm just trying to figure out the right approach.

Lomela cream contains hydroquinone, mometasone, and tretinoin which are used to treat hyperpigmentation and acne. It is usually recommended to use this cream for a limited period of time, typically around 4-8 weeks, to see visible results. Once you have achieved the desired results, you can gradually reduce the frequency of application. It is important to follow up with a healthcare provider or dermatologist to determine the appropriate duration of treatment based on your individual response and skin condition.

View allI've had this white mark on my skin where I used to place a bindi, and it's been there for about a year. I stopped using the bindi because I thought the glue might be causing it, and switched to sindoor, but that didn't help either. The white spot has grown and now it itches, so I can't even use sindoor or tika on it. I'm 60 years old and I'm worried about what this could be. Could you please advise?
That could be due to allergy, visit dermatologist for appropriate management because that might need nourishing moisturiser and steroid based lotion

I'm 27 and have been dealing with PCOD for the last three years, but in the past six months, my hair loss has gotten really bad. I've heard Ayurveda has some treatments that might help. Are there any specific oils or shampoos in Ayurveda that could help with hair regrowth within a month?
there is no such recorded evidence for those medicines, in PCOS hair loss is due to androgen effect ,there are treatment modalities to stop hairfall and improve hair growth for a better result visit your dermatologist for appropriate management.

I'm dealing with a stubborn fungal infection that's just not going away. It's super itchy and burning like crazy. I've tried using creams like Quadiderm and Castor NF, but nothing seems to help. What else can I try to finally get some relief?
