I've been using mintop 10 for a couple of months, but lately, like over the last 10 days, my hair fall seems to have increased. Should I keep using it or is it better to stop? Can you give me some advice on what to do?

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with scabies for over a month and it's just not getting better. The skin behind it seems slightly inflamed, but the line doesn't go the entire length of the cuticlejust about halfway across the more horizontal part. It's really thin, less than a millimeter.
