I've been using Pendram Plus for a while and now I've got these dark circles and my skin has turned really dark. I'm kind of worried about how I can fix this. Any suggestions on what to do?

Prolonged use of Pendram Plus, a topical corticosteroid cream, can lead to skin darkening and other side effects. To address these issues, follow these steps:

Stop using Pendram Plus: Discontinue using the cream to prevent further skin darkening.Reducing Dark Circles
-
Eye creams: Use eye creams containing ingredients like:
- Caffeine (reduces puffiness)
- Peptides (stimulates collagen production)
- Vitamin K (fades dark circles)
-
Cold compress: Apply a cold compress to the affected area to reduce puffiness.
-
Elevate your head: Sleep with your head slightly elevated to reduce fluid accumulation under the eyes.
-

View allI was prescribed Halox S solution to use before bed and then shampoo it out the next morning. However, it's just a 30ml bottle, so I'm wondering if I should be diluting the solution or using it differently to make it last longer?
No, continue same treatment as advised by the dermatologist.

My husband has this patch on his scalp, and he's been using salisia ds ointment that his dermatologist recommended. Now the area's turned red where he's been applying the cream. What could be causing that?
Redness after applying a topical ointment is not uncommon, but its essential to monitor the reaction and seek medical advice if the irritation continues or spreads. The doctor might want to adjust the treatment plan based on his skins response.

I accidentally left the face pack on overnight instead of the recommended half an hour, and now I have wrinkles all over my face. I'm really concerned about what might happen next. Can you advise me on what steps I should take or if there's anything specific I should be worried about?
No need to worry, that could be due to dehydration, lack of moist over skin ,apply moisturizer two times a day and stay hydrated . If its worsening or not becoming better visit Dermatologist for a better solution.
