I've been using Trichoton Forte and it initially helped with my hair fall, but lately, it seems to be back again. I'm also oiling my hair three times a week, but nothing seems to be working long-term. What else can I try to stop the hair fall, or should I be worried about something else going on with my hair?

View allI'm really worried about my hand. The back of my palm has turned black, and it's super dry. I've been using olive oil for the past four days, hoping it'll help, but I'm not sure if it's working. I've also been using hand sanitizer and Dettol hand wash a lot. Could that be affecting my skin? Is this why my hand looks like this? I've got some photos of it too.
Yes you can use it no problem, visit Dermatologist for appropriate treatment

I've been struggling with dark circles under my eyes for the past 10 years. I've tried several dark circle creams, but nothing seems to work. Could this be linked to my digestive system, even though I don't have any digestive problems? Also, I'm noticing premature grey hair and experiencing hair loss. Do you think these issues require a physical examination, or is there something else I should consider?
