I've been wondering if it's a good idea to get tested for TB every year to catch it early. Also, is it possible to have active TB without showing any symptoms?

View allI've been on treatment for TB in my lungs for about 80 days now, and while I've noticed I'm not coughing as much, Ive started getting yellow mucus in the mornings for the past 15 days. Sometimes it even has a bit of blood in it. Is this something to worry about? Will the coughing go away completely, and is it normal to see blood in the mucus? I've attached my CT scan report for you to check out.

Nothing to worry ok.Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625mg thrice daily, for 5 days, tab pan d,orally once daily for 14 days ,syrup sucralfate 10ml thrice daily for 14 days.Also avoid spicy and hot items is advised to the patient.

I'm dealing with asthma, but for the past 45 months, I've been feeling breathless constantly. There's a lot of yawning and burping happening too. I had an X-ray, which showed everything's fine. I've tried nebulization and other treatments my doctor recommended, but nothing seems to work. Could you offer some advice on what might be happening?

My grandma is having serious trouble breathing, and we're really worried. The doctor told us her lungs are damaged and weak, likely because she had a problem with kidney tuberculosis which spread. We've been going back and forth to the hospital multiple times this year for this issue. Each time, she's been given medications and nebuliser treatments, and she even had oxygen therapy just 10 days ago. But the breathing issues have started again today. Unfortunately, the doctor we're seeing isn't very open or clear with us about what's going on and what steps to take next. Who should we consult for a better diagnosis and treatment plan? We're desperate for some guidance here.
