I've got a bruise with a yellow center on my left leg, and it's kind of weird because it was itchy at first and then got a little swollen before turning more yellow in the middle. I'm pretty sure I didn't bump into anything. Could an insect have bitten me even though I don't see any bite or puncture marks? It's painful when I press on it, and I'm getting worried it might be some kind of infection. What do you think this could be?

You may have a bruise with some inflammation and possible infection. To help with the pain and inflammation, you can take ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours as needed. Additionally, you can apply a topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin on the affected area twice a day. Make sure to keep the area clean and avoid scratching it. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm really worried about the side effects of finax 1mg that I've been prescribed for my hair loss. Can you tell me just how much it might reduce my libido or even cause erectile dysfunction?

The side effects of finax 1mg (Finasteride) on libido and erectile dysfunction are uncommon. Less than 2% of men may experience a decrease in libido, and even fewer may experience erectile dysfunction. These side effects are usually reversible upon discontinuation of the medication. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage regimen to minimize the risk of experiencing these side effects.

I've been dealing with eczema on my right leg since 2011, and it's been really frustrating. It itches all the time and the scratching has left these dark, patchy marks that just won't go away. It's dry eczema, and as far as I know, I'm not allergic to anything, so I'm really puzzled about what's causing it. It's only on my leg, and steroids and moisturizers haven't been helping at all. What can I do to cure it?
