I've got a question about my ultrasound report. There's a 6mm calculus in my right lower ureter, just 1 cm away from the UVJ. I'm kind of worried about whether I really need laparoscopic surgery for this. Any advice on what I should do?

Body imbalance can be frustrating.
Causes:
- Muscle imbalances
- Poor posture
- Uneven workout routine
- Injuryoveruse
Fixing Uneven Traps:
- Identify and adjust uneven exercises (e.g., rows, shoulder presses)
- Target weaker side with additional setsreps
- Incorporate balancing exercises:
- Reverse fly
- Lateral raises
- Shrugs (focus on weaker side)
- Strengthen core and shoulder stabilizers
- Consider consulting a personal trainer or physical therapist
Specific Tips:
- Switch grip or stance to engage both sides equally
- Use lighter weights and focus on controlled movements
- Increase volume on weaker side (more setsreps)
- Stretch and foam roll regularly

View allCan lithotripsy work for a 22mm kidney stone? I'm really scared of surgery and hoping there's another option
Stones that are smaller than 2 cm in diameter are the best size for SWL. The treatment might not be effective in very large ones. SWL is more appropriate for some people than others. Because x-rays and shock waves are needed in SWL, pregnant women with stones are not treated this way.

I'm 21 and pretty worried about my penis size. It's under 4 inches when erect, and that seems smaller than average. I'm really curious if there's still a chance it might grow naturally in the coming years, or if I should start thinking about surgical options soon. Would appreciate any advice on this.
At 21, your penis size is likely fully developed, with minimal chances of natural growth; research suggests that penis growth typically ends by age 18-20, with some variations; surgical options, like penile lengthening or girth enhancement, are available but carry risks and complication

My husband just had a urine test, and his epithelial cell count came back as 810. He had appendicitis surgery about 3 years ago, but he's been experiencing some pain in his lower abdomen recently. I'm really concernedshould we be worrying about a serious issue here, or could this be something normal?
not that much
