I've got a really tough situation where I just can't fall asleep without masturbating. It feels like it's become a habit I can't shake, and it's starting to worry me. I've tried exercising a lot to tire myself out, hoping it'll help me sleep better, but it doesn't seem to work. Is there something I can do to change this pattern? Any advice would be really appreciated.

Establish a bedtime routine that promotes relaxation and better sleep. You can try incorporating activities such as reading a book, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation before bed. Additionally, you may benefit from speaking with a therapist or counselor to address any underlying issues that may be contributing to this habit. In some cases, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can be helpful in changing behaviors and thought patterns.

View allI'm in a bit of a pickleI need to take a break from work for about three weeks next month. The issue is, it's for exam prep, but I can't really tell my boss that. I'm kind of stuck because I need a medical certificate for this leave. Is there a legit way to get a medical certificate for this kind of situation? I'm feeling pretty stressed about it. Would love some advice!
Greenish stools can be normal in breastfed babies, but in formula-fed babies, it might indicate a change in gut bacteria or a reaction to the formula. Possible reasons for greenish stools include: 1. *Introduction of a new food or formula*: This can alter the gut microbiome, leading to changes in stool color. 2. *Foremilk-hindmilk imbalance*: If the baby is not getting enough hindmilk (rich in fat), it can cause greenish stools. 3. *Gastrointestinal infection*: Although less common, a viral or bacterial infection can cause changes in stool color. *Changing Formula* Before switching formulas, consider consulting your pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues. They can help determine if a formula change is necessary. If you do switch to Nan Pro, monitor your baby's stool color, consistency, and overall health. Some babies may take time to adjust to a new formula.

I'm really curious about something that's been on my mind lately. I've had this habit of eating slate pencils or cardboard paper since I was younger. I'm 30 now and just had a baby, but recently, I've been having strong cravings for slate pencils again. Could you shed some light on why this might be happening and if there's anything I should be concerned about?
As you have given up on having slate Manu years ago , you should not be concerned much about it.Adequate water consumption, healthy diet , positive thoughts, daily physical activities will definitely help you.unlikely to affect your body systems after so many years. If at all your thoughts still bothering you ,get some blood investigation that includes CBC , renal function tests , thyroid function tests , electrolytes , calcium and phosphate levels, glucose level, liver function tests and urine analysis plus an ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
