I've got these meaty lumps on my penis, and I was told they might be a fungi infection. I've been using Itranox and Daktakort, but haven't seen any improvement. I'm starting to get worried. What should I do next?

I've been dealing with this pitryasis rosea thing since last week. The doctor said it might take a few months to clear up and gave me some mild soap and lotion. But now the first rashes are turning brown and feel bumpy and scaly. It's like I can feel them raised on my skin. They look really bad, and it doesn't seem like they're going away anytime soon.
