I've got these old keloid and hypertrophic scars and I'm wondering if using Contractubex and a silicone gel sheet will help flatten them out now. Do you think these treatments could work at this stage?

Contractubex gel and silicon gel sheets can help improve the appearance of old keloid and hypertrophic scars. Apply Contractubex gel thinly on the affected area 2-3 times a day and gently massage it in. For silicon gel sheets, cut the sheet to fit the scar, apply it to clean dry skin for at least 12 hours a day. Consistent use over a period of several months may help flatten and soften the scars.

I've been noticing these brown pigmentation patches on my upper cheeks and nose, and it's really bothering me. They're like a strip and my skin overall just seems dull and older-looking than it should. Plus, I'm constantly dealing with blackheads on my nose. I know I have combination skin with visible pores but I'm not sure what to do about all these issues. Do you have any advice or tips to help improve my skin situation?

I'm struggling with acne on my face, neck, chest, and back. Should I try using candid b cream for it, or would benzoyl peroxide be a better option? I'm really unsure about which one might be more effective.
