I've got these red circles on both sides of my bikini line and they're kind of dry in the middle with raised edges. Sometimes they're dry and other times there's a bit of water. They itch occasionally and then go quiet. I'm wondering if I should use ringguard on them or if there's another ointment you would recommend?

I've been using Betnovate C on my face for about three months, and now that I've stopped, I'm experiencing really bad side effects. It's like I've lost half of my face, and I'm really worried. I'm from Maharashtra and would love to meet with you. Could you please share your clinic address so I can get some help?

I'm 35 and for the past five years, I've been dealing with these painful bumps with pus on my scalp, which the doctors say is scalp folliculitis. I attached some images to show what's been going on. I've already seen a dermatologist, but I'm still struggling to find relief. I've tried a bunch of medicines and shampoos like Isotrian 10 mg, T.Bact Shampoo, 8X Shampoo, Limcee Tablet, Cap Doxt 100 mg, Salisia KT Shampoo, Metasone F Cream, Pantop 40, Gudcef CV, Amoxyclavunate 625 mg, Ultiderm Lotion, Cadid TV Shampoo, Monoz 500 mg, Flutican200, Sporolac, Septran Tablet, Isotroin 20 mg, and Trigaine Shampoo, but nothing seems to work. Can you please suggest the best tablets or shampoos that might help with this?

It sounds like you have been dealing with scalp folliculitis for quite some time despite trying various medications. Based on the medications you have listed, I would recommend continuing with T.BACT SHAMPOO for its antibacterial properties to help with the infection in the hair follicles. Additionally, you can try using SALISIA KT SHAMPOO to help reduce inflammation and itching on the scalp. For oral medications, you can continue with CAP DOXT 100 MG for its antibiotic properties. In addition, you can try ISOTROIN 20 MG to help regulate oil production in the skin and prevent clogged pores. It's important to follow the prescribed dosages for each medication and to be consistent with your treatment regimen. If you experience any severe side effects or if the condition does not improve, it would be best to follow up with your dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with really itchy rashes and red patches for the last three days and its getting pretty frustrating. I'm using Zovirax tablets and Ocuvir cream, but I'm not sure if they're really helping. Should I be doing anything else, or could this be something more serious?

Stop taking the medication.U can use calasoft lotion for local application for 7 days and also tab allegra 120 mg bedtime orally for 5 days is advised to the patient.
