I've got these three rash spots near my genitals, like right on my thigh. They're ring-shaped, different sizes, and super itchy. I'm worried they might not just be a skin irritation. Could it be something like a fungal infection or something else I need to get checked out? What do you think?

I've been taking these medicines: Syntran 200, Codox, Hizet 25 mg, Lorinol 10, and using Tribex cream and Nozal cream. Now I'm breaking out in red rashes all over my body. Could you help me figure out what's going on and what I should do?
Given the red rashes after taking those medications, consider stopping them immediately and consulting a doctor as soon as possible; in the meantime, apply a cool compress or calamine lotion to soothe the skin, take an oral antihistamine like diphenhydramine to reduce itching and inflammation, and avoid scratching the affected areas to prevent further irritation.

I've been noticing that my complexion has become really dull and dark recently. I used to have a pretty fair complexion, but ever since I started my weight loss journey and lost about 8 kgs by going to the gym regularly, it's like my skin has been affected negatively. I look pale and dull and have lost that bright glow. Can you suggest anything for this? Oh, and I should mention my skin is oily, prone to acne, and also quite sensitive.
To help improve your skin tone and regain the glow, you can try using a topical cream containing Vitamin C and Niacinamide. These ingredients can help brighten the skin and even out the complexion. Additionally, using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily can protect your skin from further damage and darkening. For your oily and acne-prone skin, you can use a gentle cleanser containing salicylic acid to help control oil production and prevent breakouts.
