I've got these white patches on my knees and elbows, and even after three months of medical treatment, they seem to be spreading. I'm using Tab.vitibex twice a day and applying melgain lotion twice daily too. My diet includes sour and spicy foods. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next. Could it be something I'm missing, or should I be adjusting my treatment or diet somehow? Any advice would be really appreciated!

It seems like you're being treated for vitiligo, a condition causing white patches. Despite 3 months of treatment, the patches are increasing.
Concerns with your current treatment and diet:
- Treatment duration: 3 months might not be sufficient for noticeable improvement.
- Diet: Consuming sour and spicy foods may exacerbate vitiligo symptoms. Consider avoiding or reducing these foods.
- Sun protection: Are you using sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily?
Recommendations:
- Consult your doctor: Discuss your concerns and the increasing patches.
- Dietary changes: Consider a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
- Sun protection: Ensure you're using adequate sunscreen and protective clothing.
- Alternative treatments: Your doctor may suggest other options, such as phototherapy or immunomodulators.
Schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor to reassess your treatment plan.

View allI recently noticed some warts around the base of my penis, so I tried using this product called Wart Magic. I put it on the warts three times, but after the third time, it started burning really badly and it just won't stop. I'm stuck in a training course for the next six weeks and I can't see a doctor right now. What can I do to get some relief from this burning sensation?

I've been dealing with this rough skin inside my mouth and inner lips, and it's starting to worry me. I'm making sure to stay well hydrated and take care of my oral hygiene, but this issue just won't go away. It's affecting both the inside of my cheeks and my lips. Can you offer any advice on what might be causing this and how to get rid of it?
Peeling of oral mucosa can be caused due to irritants. These may include overly acidic or spicy foods, harsh toothpastes or smokingdrinking. You can modify your diet to include softer ingredients and try changing your toothpaste. If the problem still persists, you should consult a physician.

I've been dealing with some pimples on my face, and my dermatologist advised me to use Melapik Ever cream at night along with the Lumiedge bathing bar. After trying it for just one day, I started experiencing itching, burning sensations, and extreme dryness on my face. Plus, my skin has gotten noticeably darker. Now, the doctor suggested switching to Kojiglow Forte cream. Could you let me know if this is the right move? I'm a bit concerned.
It is possible that your skin is sensitive to the ingredients in these products. Kojiglow Forte cream contains Kojic acid, Arbutin, and Vitamin C which are commonly used to treat hyperpigmentation and dark spots on the skin. If you continue to experience itching, burning, extreme dryness, or any other discomfort, I recommend stopping the use of all products and consulting with your dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
