I've got varicose veins in my left testicle but no major pain just occasional mild discomfort in the veins and sometimes a sharp stomach pain that feels like it's coming from a single vein. Could this cause any serious issues later? Is treatment necessary, and if so, are there any good options besides surgery?

View allI've been feeling a dragging sensation on the left side of my testicle and my color Doppler test showed extra testicular varicocele grade IV. The doctor said surgery is the only option but I'm wondering if there are any other treatments I could try first
While a grade IV varicocele typically warrants surgical intervention, alternative treatments like embolization or sclerotherapy might be considered. However, you should discuss these options with your doctor or a urologist to determine the best course of treatment for your specific case.

I've been working out about 23 times a week, mostly doing body weight exercises, and I recently noticed something concerning. During my workouts, it seems like my penis size decreases, but it goes back to normal afterwards. Should I be worried about this?
