I've had this beeping sound in my ear for the past few days. It doesn't really hurt, but when people talk, it kind of sounds like a "guyyy" noise in my ear. I'm able to hear voices, but everything feels off. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I'm really worried about this polyp-type thing I discovered below my right tonsil. I've attached some images for you to see. There's a whitish thing in there too, it's just an earbud so please ignore that. Lately, I've been feeling this bump when I swallow and it's making me anxious if it's something serious or possibly malignant. I'm only 22 and it's been stressing me out. Could you help me understand what this might be?
