I've had this boil that healed a while back, but now there's this hard lump left behind. It's not hurting or anything, but it does itch sometimes. It's been like this for about three months now. Is this something I should be worried about, or will it eventually just go away on its own?

You may have developed a residual lump or scar tissue after the boil healed. To help reduce the itching and possibly reduce the lump, you can try using an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream on the area. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the lump twice a day for about a week. If the itching persists or if the lump does not improve, you may need to consult a doctor for further evaluation.

I've been using hydroquinone 2% for a year and had great results with my hyperpigmentation, especially on my forehead and around my mouth. Recently, I switched to taking glutathione 500mg tablets and applying Kojivit Ultra cream for the last two months. Im really curious and a bit worriedwill these two new treatments give me the same awesome results as hydroquinone, or should I consider starting another cycle with hydroquinone 2%?
Hydroqunone is a steroid based cream and do not use it without doctors advice,follow your doctors advice and have a regular follow up

I've been dealing with multiple sebaceous cysts on my scrotum that cause a lot of itching and discomfort. Is there any way to treat them without surgery? If so, what options do I have for managing this?
Sebaceous cysts on scrotum need hygiene and topical antibiotics; if recurrent or infected, minor surgical excision is definitive.
