I've had cervical lymphadenopathy for over 6 years with multiple lumps in my neck that haven't grown much recently. No biopsy or FNAC has been done yet, and I'm unsure if it's serious. I can't afford expensive surgery right now are there any other options to reduce or get rid of these lumps without breaking the bank?

It's been about three weeks since I got over Covid, but I'm having this issue where one side of my nose keeps getting partially blocked off and on throughout the day. The side it happens on changes randomly. Plus, there's this slight feeling of mucus in my throat every now and then. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it pretty normal post-recovery?

It's not uncommon to experience lingering symptoms like nasal congestion and throat mucus after recovering from COVID. These can be part of post-viral recovery, but if they persist or worsen, its a good idea to consult a doctor to rule out any other issues.

I'm having some pain in my right ear and I think there might be an insect in there. I've been hearing these crackling and painful noises every now and then, only on that side. I tried using coconut oil and some warm water, but the noises haven't stopped. What should I do? Is there anything else I can try, or should I see a doctor?

No,it's not possible for an insect to settle down there, the noise could be due to fluid movement which is due to ear effusion, practice valsalva, visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.
