I've had cervical lymphadenopathy for over 6 years with multiple lumps in my neck that haven't grown much recently. No biopsy or FNAC has been done yet, and I'm unsure if it's serious. I can't afford expensive surgery right now are there any other options to reduce or get rid of these lumps without breaking the bank?

I've been having trouble sleeping at night because my adenoids have gotten pretty big, and my nose keeps getting blocked. I'm really hoping to find a way to reduce their size without having to go through surgery. Any advice on what I should do?

Many people with enlarged adenoids have few or no symptoms and do not need treatment. Adenoids shrink as a child grows older. Your provider may prescribe antibiotics or nasal steroid sprays if an infection develops. Surgery to remove the adenoids (adenoidectomy) may be done if the symptoms are severe or persistent.

My 4.5-year-old son is dealing with some breathing issues, and it seems like hes always breathing through his mouth due to enlarged adenoids. The ENT suggested surgery, and now I'm trying to wrap my head around this whole thing. What's this surgery about, particularly using the coblation technique? Is it really different from the normal surgical method? I'm torn between the two options and wonder if there are any side effects with the coblation technique. Any insights would really help!

Considering a shift from conventional to homeopathic treatment for thyroid issues. _Homeopathy and Thyroid Treatment_ Homeopathy can be a complementary approach to managing thyroid symptoms, but it's essential to understand its limitations. 1. _Symptom management_: Homeopathy can help alleviate thyroid-related symptoms, such as fatigue, weight gain, or mood swings. 2. _Hormone regulation_: Homeopathic remedies may help regulate thyroid hormone production, but this is not a guaranteed permanent cure. _Permanent Cure for Thyroid_ A permanent cure for thyroid issues is often not possible, as thyroid conditions can be chronic. However, with proper treatment and management, it's possible to achieve: 1. _Remission_: Thyroid hormone levels can return to normal, and symptoms can subside. 2. _Stable hormone levels_: With ongoing treatment, thyroid hormone levels can remain stable, reducing symptoms. _Shifting from Thyrofit 50 to Homeopathy_ Before making any changes to your treatment, consult your endocrinologist or a homeopathic doctor. They will help you: 1. _Assess your thyroid condition_: Evaluate your current thyroid hormone levels and overall health. 2. _Determine the best approach_: Decide whether homeopathy can be a suitable complementary or alternative treatment for your thyroid condition. _Remedies and Treatment_ Some common homeopathic remedies for thyroid issues include: 1. _Iodum_: For hypothyroidism and thyroid enlargement. 2. _Fucus vesiculosus_: For thyroid issues, particularly hypothyroidism. 3. _Spongia tosta_: For thyroid problems, including hypothyroidism and goiter.

Is there a natural or Ayurvedic way to fix DNS without surgery? Can sutra neti help correct it or are there any other non-surgical treatments that work?

some non-surgical treatments can help manage symptoms of a deviated nasal septum (DNS), they cannot fix the underlying structural issue. Surgery, specifically septoplasty, is generally considered the only effective way to correct a deviated septum Yes, Ayurveda can offer natural remedies for sinusitis and potential relief from breathing difficulties caused by a deviated septum (DNS), even if surgery is not desired. Ayurvedic practices like Nasya, Neti, and lifestyle changes can help manage symptoms and potentially improve breathing
