I've had these red bumps in the back of my throat for over 2 months now and they're just spreading more and more. It's honestly pretty scary. Do you have any idea what could be causing this or how I can treat it? I'm really worried it's something serious.

View allI'm really worried about this sore throat I keep getting every morning for the past few days. I make sure to drink water before bed and sometimes even in the middle of the night, but it doesn't seem to help. I've noticed I mostly sleep with my mouth closed too. Could you give me some advice on what might help? Also, I don't drink tea or coffee before bed, just so you know.
It sounds like you might be experiencing dryness in your throat, possibly due to mouth breathing during sleep or environmental factors. Try using a humidifier at night to keep the air moist, and consider drinking a glass of water before bed. If the issue persists, it might be worth checking for allergies or mild reflux, which can also cause throat irritation.

I think an insect might have crawled into my ear and possibly died in there. It's really freaking me outdo you have any advice on how to safely get it out?
Visit your ENT doctor immediately to remove it,don't make any attempts by yourself to remove it.

I've had an inflamed soft palate for nearly a month now, and Im 14 weeks pregnant. Ive had chest X-rays and a CT scan with contrast recently which makes me nervous. I struggle with health anxiety and worry it might be throat or esophagus cancer. The doctors think its probably just a bit irritated from reflux or post-nasal drip, and there are no swollen nodes or mouth ulcersjust some itching and no pain. Should I be worried about this, or would asking for a biopsy for peace of mind be too much?
your present complaint need local examination to give any opinion..I would recommend to follow your doctor's advice and stop worrying..
