I've noticed a single white spot on my left tonsil for about two months now. There's no pain or anything, and I'm familiar with tonsil stones, but this doesn't seem like that. What could it possibly be? Could it be something I should be worried about?

Could this be related? I'd appreciate some guidance on what might be going on.
